Accurate Home Inspections is a family owned and operated company based in the Boise, Idaho area.
We are fully independent from any other inspection companies that share the same name... And yes, there are a few
companies that use the same name in Idaho.

We are located in East Meridian, which is connected to the extreme west end of Boise. Since we are located in Meridian, we
are central to the towns of: Boise, Eagle, Nampa, Star, Garden City, and Kuna. We are pleased to service all of these areas.

We offer traditional home inspection services, and also some other, less common applications for home inspections, such
as "Seller Inspections" and "Maintenance Inspections". Please see "Seller" and "Buyer" pages of the web-site for further

The standards for our company, and ourselves are set very high. We pride ourselves on the ability to work effectively and
professionally at all stages of the services we provide. We know how important it is to use top quality communication both in
our written reports, and directly with the individuals involved. In other words, our goal is to get information to our clients in a
crisp, clear, and productive way.

We make a point of not considering our service complete until our clients have a full understanding of the
contents of the home inspection report... If more detail or explanation is needed regarding items or situations, you will
receive our full attention.

Accurate Home Inspections uses both the popular standards of: "ASHI" and "NAHI" combined.
These are nationally recognized groups, whose standards are commonly used as a gauge by
which an inspection is performed.
